Blak Mofo |
In 2022, Tasmania will replace its renowned Dark Mofo with a festival to be run completely by Indigenous groups.
An email to staff at Mona, which operates Dark Mofo, announced a new, culturally-sensitive festival to take its place for one year.
Called Blak Mofo, it would be run entirely by First Nations peoples.
If successful, the Blak Mofo festival could become an ongoing event in addition to Dark Mofo.
