Country Club Tasmania boasts an 18-hole golf course equal to international standards, originally designed and built as part of the property in 1982 by Mike Wolveridge and British Open champion Peter Thomson.

The course has since grown to be one of the best courses in Tasmania, offering challenging fairways, water hazards and fast greens of championship standard. The course is home to the local prospect Vale Golf Club.

Golf Australia affiliated members are welcome to enter our weekly club competitions, played on Wednesday mornings at 9am and Saturday mornings from 8:30am to 10am. Visit the Pro Shop to pick up a time sheet for Saturday mornings.

Our resident pro David Cramp is on hand for coaching, and David has a fully-stocked pro-shop with equipment and motorised carts available for hire and purchase.

Country Club Tasmania Golf Course is open seven days a week, 7.30am - 9pm (during daylight savings) & 8am - 6pm (during non daylight savings/winter months).

Green Fees: $60 18 holes & $40 9 holes
House guests: $35 18 holes & $25 9 holes
Cart hire $35 per round
