Hobart Archers offer outdoor target shooting and field shooting at its club grounds in Lauderdale all year round.

Indoor target shooting is available at Mt Nelson during the winter months.

Beginners courses are available all year round on most Saturday mornings.

Archery is both an ancient pursuit and a modern Olympic sport and can be practised with either simple traditional wooden bows or highly technical, state of the art equipment, as generally used by athletes in the Olympic events.

Archery is a great family activity, suitable for all ages. It has also proved a rewarding sport for people with a disability and our facilities are built to be wheelchair friendly.

We have qualified instructors available for group coaching/conventions/parties etc. on-site or at your venue.
