Stroll to the historic Battery Point, Tasmanian University, Hobart Central, Royal Yatch Club, Casino, a beautiful yatch filled deep water harbour, and 50 metres to shops, banks, taxi rank and bus stops.

This lovely old grand, serene Victorian Cottage started life as a family home in 1901. Over one hundred years later in it was transformed to an elegant accommodation house catering for discerning guests.

Merre Bes is one of only five residential homes in a quiet boutique street in the heart of the leafy bayside suburb of Sandy Bay.
