Moonah Arts Centre (MAC) is a regional focus for arts and cultural development in Glenorchy City and across southern Tasmania.

Owned and operated by Glenorchy City Council, MAC aims to enrich the local community by providing accessible and affordable arts and cultural experiences. MAC's new, contemporary, state of the art facility promises to surprise and delight people of all ages.

MAC is a flexible multi-arts resource for the 21st Century. MAC is a warm, welcoming space for working artists and patrons alike. Designed by local architects Morrison Breytenbach, the remarkable new centre allows activity to be scaled up or down as required. Enjoy outdoor courtyards, generous social spaces and purpose built art spaces.

The new arts centre building, situated on Albert Road, opened in 2015.

The Moonah Arts Centre (MAC) is located at 23 - 27 Albert Road, Moonah, Tasmania.

The Centre is about a 15 minute drive north from the Hobart CBD, or just a 10 minute drive from the Museum of Old and New Art (MONA).
