Plum Restaurant & Cafe is located in the heart of Salamanca Square, and is all about enjoying fresh food in a vibrant atmosphere with great service. Whether it is a lunch with colleagues or a dinner with family and friends, Plum is the place to savour some of Tasmanias finest seasonal produce.

In between meals, we serve a selection of homemade muffins and cakes (baked daily), freshly shucked Tasmanian oysters and our own ice-cream. We have a range of local, national and international wines and beers available, with a selection of wines available by the glass.

Our dinner menu includes produce from across Tasmania: Bruny Island, Longford, Marrawah and Macquarie Harbour are a few of the places you can visit when dining at Plum. To compliment your meal our wine list has a varied selection of Tasmanian, Australian and international wines.

Plum is a great place to enjoy the weekends with great food and good company. On Saturday and Sunday we serve our Weekend Menu, which brings together the breakfast classics, including our famous Eggs Benedict, with a range of lunch options.
