Our centrally located event venue offers both large and small rooms to accommodate any of your event needs.

At the Tramsheds Function Centre in Launceston we offer meeting room packages that go above any beyond. Our rooms are filled with state of the art technical facilities, high density wifi and are loaded with natural light so you won't have to worry about your guests or clients feeling like they're in a clinical setting. Plus, natural light = longer attention spans (bonus!).

Established by in 1990, Matson Catering has developed a wonderful reputation for the quality of its food, the professionalism of its staff and the ability to exceed the expectations of guests. With our rich history in Launceston and in catering, we know what it takes to make your event come to life with ease.

Parking

Option 1
Inveresk car park (4 Invermay Road, Invermay 7250). Located in front of the Tramshed.
Cost: $2.70 per hour.
Payment: Credit card in the parking machines or using Easy Park app.


Option 2
14 Forster Street, Invermay 7250. Located on the other side of the complex. 5-7 min walk
Cost: $4.00 per day.
Payment: Credit card in the parking machines or using Easy Park app.
