Our menus are re-designed each month, sourced from fresh and seasonal local ingredients, as well as personally selected international products.
Our style of cuisine is simple yet elegant, Contemporary Tasmanian, providing the best of Tasmanias produce a perfect plate to sit on. From local (rare breed) Wessex Saddleback Pig to Coal River Valley Venison, the Montys menu is re-designed each month to stay truly seasonal with Tasmanias climatic changes. We encourage our guests to encore the evening with possibly the best cheese selection of any restaurant in the country.
Pondering our wine list you will recognise some familiar faces, howe'ver we pride ourselves on personally selecting all wines, including some special little gems unique to our restaurant, sourced directly from wineries such as Woody Nook, Lancaster and Te-Aro Estate.
