West Beach Holiday Villas are ideally located within walking distance to the Burnie CBD, parks, beach, restaurants and cafes and caters for short / long term visits and corporate / special needs clients.

West Beach Holiday Villas, owned and operated by Jo & Rob Sheedy, has the capacity for 32 guests in eight, 3 1/2 star rating units, with off street parking.

We have eight two bedroom units, both ground and first floor, which can accommodate up to 4 guests each.

Unit features include Shower & Full-length bath, All fresh linen & towels provided, Full cooking facilities, Electric blankets & heating, Telephone, Colour Television, DVD Player and access to B.B.Q facilities and Laundries.

We have parking and ground floor access to one of our units that is wheelchair friendly with a walk in shower. All parking is off street and security patrolled.
