St Helens Backpackers YHA is a centrally located art deco hostel offering guests a warm, friendly and peaceful retreat, close to town services and a must-see destination while in Tasmania.

The St Helens history/information centre is able to provide you with information about all the local attractions and activities available, such as the Blue Tier, The Goblin Walk, The Stamper Mills, Halls Falls, St Columba Falls, The Pyengana Cheese Factory, the Pub in the Paddock, the Peron Dunes, The Bay of Fires Coastal Reserve, Mt William National Park, Eddystone Lighthouse and much more.
Activities available include cycling, fishing, mountain biking, sailboarding, sailing, sandboarding, surfing, swimming, windsurfing and exploring the beautiful beach.
