Willie Smiths Apple Shed |
A large rustic barn surrounded by green pastures and old wooden out-buildings, Willie Smith's Apple Shed (home of the award winning organic cider) is a place to learn about the history of the Huon Valley and apple industry while enjoying food made in our kitchen from local and regional produce.
In 1888, Willie Smith planted the first apple tree in our orchard located in the Huon Valley, Tasmania.
Four generations later, we still pick from this orchard - with a few more trees added to it, of course!
It's all about orchard to bottle. Organically grown apples are juiced, fermented and bottled, all on the farm. #orchardtobottle
