Northside Holiday Villas was established in 1975 and is owned by brothers, Jim & Brian Stynes. The villas consists of 15 fully equipped units surrounded by picturesque mountains and the Derwent River, the major river of Southern Tasmania.

Located 2 minutes walking distance to the Derwent River and the Royal showground, the villas is also in easy reach of shops, shopping centres, restaurants, tourist attractions and many sporting complexes.

All our guests are welcomed with friendly and personalized Tasmanian hospitality.
