Orford Sanda House B&B is the oldest heritage listed house in Orford, the kitchen built in 1825 (now the Rose room) and the main house in 1840.

Known to locals as the old Post Office (1876-1940), Sanda House is nestled in an acre of cottage garden, complete with chooks, orchard and veggie patch.

The house offers guests a very romantic and private accommodation option, especially in the Rose room. Some guests have felt the benign presence of people who have lived here in the past.
